As Fulcrum’s Business Development Representative, you will work with a tight-knit team of seasoned salespeople in charge of kicking off conversations with key figures at the largest global professional services firms. Our goal is to articulate the value that Fulcrum’s solutions bring and how to help their firm operate more strategically, collaboratively, and successfully.


Responsibilities


  • Support and innovate upon the business development strategies outlined by senior management
  • Evaluate new opportunities through market research, opportunity sizing, and profitability analysis
  • Create and improve business development materials
  • Educate potential clients on the merits of Fulcrum and our solution suite through demonstration
  • Communicate with high value leads on a periodic basis
  • Attend industry trade shows and thought leadership events


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent preferred but not required

AND/OR


  • 2+ years experience in a sales role as part of a SaaS or B2B company OR a driven and eager to learn new grad who thrives in fast paced, constantly-changing environments
  • The ability to proactively engage new clients
  • A consultative and human sales approach—every conversation is different
  • The skills to passionately and clearly articulate value/benefit of the Fulcrum ecosystem
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks
  • A desire to learn, grow, and launch your career at a fast-growing company
